![]() That wasn't the case, I have only had the car for 2 years and have been in and out of the dealership for repairs. I was expecting far less problems/issues than I was having with my Mini. I loved my 2012 certified pre-owned Jeep once I made the switch from my small little mini. ($200 job) verses replacing a good fuel pump ($900+) job. so he went an bought one at mechanic supplier. he went over the Jeep and they said since it was a recall replacement the relay was not under warranty, but what was odd they said they couldn't sell a new mopar relay. What he found out was the "recalled relay, that was replaced by Chrysler Dealership in 2016" was the issue and NOT the fuel pump. I decided to take it to a reputable independent mechanic. ![]() ( the jeep has 90k miles, the PT warranty/ and my extended Mopar Warranty expired in July 2017) So this last weekend, (easter) the car just wouldnt start - kept trying to start but nothing - I had to get it towed. I took it to the dealership, they hooked it up, diagnose the issue that i needed my " fuel pump replaced". No engine light came on to indicate there was an issue. but car wouldn't start, kept fighting to start. This issue which would slow the vehicle down in mid-drive that was VERY scary!! So the last couple months a new issue started - press the start button, … all the lights would come on etc. then the senor in the petrol tank issue came up and cost me $900+ to repair at the dealership in ATL. ![]() I had the key issue (one still doesnt work), dealt with the various recalls, including the "Relay".
